1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the i999 platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access the i999 platform.

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• Accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your i999 account.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on i999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and USDT TRC20. i999 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your i999 account are available for betting and gaming only. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. i999 does not accept deposits from third parties.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. i999 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.Betting & Gaming Rules

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the i999 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and the i999 brand — is the exclusive property of i999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the i999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the i999 platform without express prior written consent from i999.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your gambling activity on the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from PSL betting, casino games, slots or any other product.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by technical failures, maintenance, network outages or circumstances beyond i999's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits i999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

11.Responsible Gaming

Upon account closure, any balance remaining after settlement of outstanding bets and application of any applicable forfeiture provisions will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

13.Amendments to These Terms

i999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, i999 will endeavour to notify registered users by email or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendments taking effect. Your continued use of i999 following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
